Overseas Return Policy

Overseas orders do not offer exchange services and are not subject to a cooling-off period. However, if you need to return an item, KOAI KOAI CHIA̍H PN̄G will accept and assist you with the return process. Please read the following return instructions carefully:

1.  Notify KOAI KOAI CHIA̍H PN̄G: If you are not satisfied with the product, please provide your order number, purchaser's name, phone number, and a description of the reason for return within seven days of receiving the product, and send it to info@yana.tw. We will handle your request.
2. Self-Shipping: Please pack the item according to the return instructions within seven days of receiving our return notification and ship it to the designated return address at your own expense.
3. Safe Packaging: When returning the product, please ensure it is sent securely. If we do not receive the item you sent back, or if the returned product is damaged or missing parts, it will affect your return rights, and we will deduct the necessary costs for restoring the product to its original condition based on the extent of the damage.
4. Product Integrity: The returned product must be in brand new condition with complete packaging. Please ensure the integrity of the product itself, accessories, outer packaging, and any gifts included.

International Shipping Refund

Once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition, we will process the refund.
